LAndArt Studio designed and facilitated installation of a Japanese style garden that transformed an empty corner lot into a neighborhood attraction. Set adjacent to the corner, the garden can be experienced visually and physically while giving the house both a sense of connectivity and privacy. The design plays on the mix of textures and colors created by the pavers, plants, local stone and custom wood fence, which all work to make the space seem much larger than it actually is.

A contemporary-style courtyard in the back garden is currently under construction.
