Corporate Headquarters

Colonie, New York

LAndArt Studio provided design and design development services for the entry and building courtyard areas for a new corporate headquarters in Colonie, New York. A grid of trees plays on the architecture of the building. The grid, combined with the auto court that has been designed to feel more like an entry plaza, creates the illusion of a much bigger campus, providing an inviting setting for visitors and employees and successfully mitigating the large amounts of parking needed to service the building. Design services also included providing design for an outdoor dining terrace and making recommendations for improved pedestrian circulation. The project is currently under construction with anticipated completion in 2019.
